Carl Zimmerman was a landscape, mural, and portrait painter born on 13 September 1900 in Indianapolis. Studied: Herron Art Institute; Chicago Academy of Fine Arts; Cincinnati Art Academy; J. Marchand, in Paris; J. Weis; Audubon Tylor; William Forsyth.
